FFCFC 504 Rates
FFCFC 504 July Effective Rate 6.79%
The 20-year 504 rates announced for
July
are:
FFCFC Effective Rate: 6.79%
FFCFC First Five Years: 6.71%
Note Rate: 5.90%
Debenture Rate: 5.82%
The 10-year 504 rates for July/August
are:
FFCFC Effective Rate: 6.85%
Note Rate: 5.78%
Debenture Rate: 5.59%
SBA Guarantee Fee Being Eliminated
The SBA Guarantee Fee of one-half percent that
borrowers pay is being eliminated for all 504 loans
approved on or after Oct. 1, 2007.
FFCFC Day Proclaimed in Miami-Dade County
On June 15th the Miami-Dade County Office of the
Mayor and Board of County Commissioners
proclaimed Florida First Capital Finance Corporation
Day in Miami-Dade County.
James Dilworth Returns to the Banking Community
For seven years James Dilworth served as a
Senior Vice President and Underwriter for Florida First
Capital but his roots to the banking community, where
he began his career in 1986, ran too deep.
Recently Dilworth accepted a position with Superior
Bank as the Tallahassee Market President.

competitors in the recycling business in Jacksonville.
