FFC Effective Rate: 6.46%
FFC First Five Years: 6.38%
Note Rate: 5.57%
Debenture Rate: 5.49%

The 10-year 504 rates for January/February are:

FFC Effective Rate: 6.44%
Note Rate: 5.37%
Debenture Rate: 5.19%
