The 20-year 504 rates announced Today (7/13/2004) are:

Effective Rate: 6.61%,
(1st 5 years): 6.49%
 Note Rate: 5.26%
Debenture Rate: 5.19%

The 10-year 504 rates are:

Effective Rate: 6.10%,
Note Rate: 4.49%
Debenture Rate: 4.33%
