FFCFC Expands Closing & Servicing Departments

 FFCFC has announced the expansion of the Closing Department with the hiring of attorney Mark Kruse to serve as Director of Closing. This expansion comes at a time of staffing increases to the portfolio servicing department as well.

Mark E. Kruse now serves as Director of Closing and Assistant General Counsel. His duties include the supervision of the staff of the loan closing department, and he will work directly with the company's network of certified closing attorneys to finalize all 504 loan packages. With more than 10 years of experience, he will also help oversee all legal matters for the company. Prior to joining Florida First Capital, Kruse worked as an attorney with the Florida House Civil Justice Committee where he was responsible for drafting legislation and bill amendments among other legislative duties.

Lynn McDaniel, Sr. Vice President will assume control of the loan servicing department. McDaniel will supervise the staff of the department and oversee all matters related to portfolio management and customer service. The department staff will also be augmented by the hiring of two additional servicing agents.
