Cutting Edge Loan for a Cutting Edge Printing Company
Going from a walk-in copy shop to the largest commercial digital printer in Orlando is no small step. But with the help of an FFCFC 504 loan, Xerographic Digital Printing was able to achieve its transition and then some.
The FFCFC 504 loan enabled the company to purchase prime real estate off of I-4 and to construct an 18,600 square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility. The 504 loan’s low down payment and below-market fixed interest rate also saved the company enough cash and working capital to contract for a cutting-edge Xerox iGen3 digital production press. Business has been good and Xerographic has since installed a second Xerox iGen3.
“We are now a leader in the digital printing business and each of our Xerox iGen3s run almost 24/7,” said Xerographic co-owner Keith Kemp. “Without the FFCFC 504 loan, we would not have had the resources available to contract for these amazing machines and to hire the necessary people to support our production.”
Xerographic is celebrating its 20th anniversary of business in Orlando. The company was the first to offer color copying to Orlando, the first to offer print-from-disk capabilities and the first in Orlando to install the Xerox iGen3 digital production presses. In addition to digital printing, Xerographic offers wide-format printing, digital photography, creative services, prepress services, CD duplication, mailing, fulfillment and a full-service bindery.
